Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

  • Includes interior design, architectural planning, renovation, maintenance, and related works.
  • Any service variation, additional work, or change order must be approved in writing.
  • Work will be executed as per agreed designs, drawings, and specifications.

2. Service Agreement

  • Both parties must fulfill responsibilities in good faith.
  • Company shall provide skilled manpower, resources, and supervision.
  • Client shall provide timely decisions, approvals, and necessary access.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of electricity, water supply, scaffolding, and basic facilities at site.
  • Review and approve drawings/designs promptly to avoid delays.
  • Select products/materials within 7 days of project initiation.
  • Provide safe site conditions and comply with legal permissions, if required.

4. Project Timeline

  • Timelines will be communicated and mutually agreed before execution.
  • External factors (delays in approval, payment, supply chain, or site conditions) may extend deadlines.
  • Company will not be liable for delays beyond its control.

5. Payments

  • Payment to be made as per mutually agreed schedule/milestones.
  • Delay in payment may result in work suspension without liability.
  • Final settlement must be completed before project handover.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be in writing.
  • Non-refundable expenses (materials purchased, labor charges, design fees) will be deducted.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after settlement of accounts.

7. Material Responsibility

  • Materials supplied by the Company will be of agreed quality and specifications.
  • If client-supplied materials are used, the Company will not be liable for defects.
  • Price revisions may apply if design or quantity changes during execution.

8. Design & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and drawings remain the Company’s intellectual property until full payment.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of designs is prohibited.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights of approved designs transfer to the client.

9. Quality Control & Warranty

  • Work will be executed as per industry standards and agreed specifications.
  • 1-year warranty on workmanship is provided; product warranty is as per manufacturer.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, natural wear & tear, or client modifications.

10. Subcontracting

  • Company may engage subcontractors, but will remain fully responsible for quality and delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the value of services rendered under the contract.

12. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to protect sensitive project, financial, and design information.
  • Information shall not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

13. Insurance & Safety

  • Company ensures safety of its workforce and compliance with basic site safety standards.
  • Client must maintain safe working conditions and comply with statutory requirements.

14. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate with written notice.
  • Client must pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement is governed by Indian laws.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, arbitration will apply.
  • Courts in the company’s jurisdiction will have exclusive authority.

16. Force Majeure

  • Company will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable events.

17. Modification of Terms

  • Terms may be updated to comply with new laws or business requirements.
  • Clients will be duly notified in case of changes.

18. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Operational Warranty – One-year service warranty will be provided by the company.
  • Pricing Basis – Prices are estimated as per site measurements and customer requirements.
  • Price Variation – Any change in design, scope, or quantity will lead to revised pricing.
  • Site Facilities – Client must provide power supply and scaffolding (if required).
  • Drawing Approval – Client should promptly approve drawings to ensure work proceeds as per agreed design.
  • Material Selection – Final product/material selection must be completed within 7 days of project start.
  • Lifting Charges – Charges include delivery up to the 3rd floor. From 4th to 10th floor, an additional ₹100 per ply will be charged.
  • Product Warranty – Product warranty will be as per the respective manufacturer’s terms.
