Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms:

  • By engaging with Handyman & Associates, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • These terms apply to all services, including interior design, architectural consultancy, and post-installation support.
  • Handyman & Associates reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Up to 2-Year Warranty:

  • The warranty applies to specific materials and workmanship defects, as per the agreement.
  • It covers manufacturing defects but excludes damages due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase and supporting documents.
  • Any unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties will void the warranty.

3. 40-Day Delivery Guarantee:

  • The timeline starts from the date of final design approval and receipt of the advance payment.
  • Delays due to changes requested by the client, unavailability of materials, or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics) may extend the timeline.
  • Clients will be informed promptly about any necessary adjustments.

4. Design Consultation & Execution:

  • Clients can schedule a consultation with our expert designers for project discussions.
  • All designs must be approved in writing before execution begins.
  • Any mid-project changes requested by the client may result in additional costs and time extensions.

5. Post-Installation Service:

  • Post-installation support is available for minor touch-ups and adjustments within a defined period.
  • Services beyond the initial scope of work will be chargeable.
  • Clients must notify Handyman & Associates within 7 days of installation for any immediate concerns.

6. Site Readiness & Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must ensure site readiness, including the availability of electricity, water, and a clear workspace.
  • Any delays due to site unavailability may impact the project timeline and delivery guarantee.

7. Material & Design Customization:

  • Customization requests after final approval may result in additional charges.
  • Variations in color, texture, or finish due to material sourcing constraints or screen display differences are not the responsibility of Handyman & Associates.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Handyman & Associates.
  • Clients are not permitted to reproduce or share these designs with third parties without written consent.

9. Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, improper use, water damage, fire damage, or exposure to extreme conditions are not covered under warranty.
  • Electrical and plumbing work warranties are subject to vendor-specific terms and conditions.

10. Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required before project initiation.
  • Cancellation after project commencement will incur deductions based on work completed and materials procured.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after approval.

11. Liability & Disclaimer:

  • Handyman & Associates is not responsible for damages caused by external factors such as moisture, termite infestation, electrical malfunctions, or mishandling by the client.
  • The company reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
